Mr. Muhammad Farooq Mazhar is an officer in the Police Service of Pakistan, holding the rank of Additional Inspector General. With 31 years of experience, he has served in a variety of field and staff roles in both federal and provincial governments in Pakistan. He has held positions such as District Police Officer and Regional Police Officer in various districts and divisions of Punjab. At other command assignments in police, he headed various functional units and wings e.g operations, elite police, special branch, traffic, finance and welfare etc. He also commanded an intelligence agency in Punjab and worked for private sector before joining service.

 He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Government College Lahore, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Punjab University, and Master’s degree in Information Security/Cybercrime from London University. He was part of the 100th National Management Course from National School of Public Police Lahore in 2014. To keep himself up-to-date, he completed various online courses in public policy, governance, financial technology, information technology, and well-being sciences from prestigious institutions such as Harvard University, Pennsylvania University, Yale University, and the World Bank.

 He has visited various countries e.g USA, China, Sweden, Turkiye, Russia and Kazakhstan etc in connection with official study tours, delegations and training. His areas of interests include economics, finance, technology, public policy, police reforms, and governance.

Dr. Ayesha Saeed earned her M.B.B.S. degree from King Edward Medical University, Lahore, and an Executive Master in Public Policy with Magna cum Laude distinction from the Forman Christian College University (FCCU). As a senior officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS), she brings significant experience in both the health and education sectors, as well as various other fields. Dr. Saeed has worked at various key assignments such as the AC Karachi south, AC Islamabad, AC Hyderabad, Deputy Secretary Education and DS S&GAD, Special Secretary Health Department, Member Planning & Development Board Pb. and Director General Social Welfare, DG Pb. Public Libraries and Children Library Complexes of Punjab. She has also served as DG Wafaqi Mohtasib.

Before joining NIPA, Lahore, she served as Directing Staff, NMC,  Pakistan Administrative Staff College (PASC). As Directing Staff, she contributed significantly through her instructional and evaluative roles. Dr. Ayesha Saeed’s research interests include public policy and civil service capacity building.

Dr. Muhammad Farooq Adeel – a faculty cadre of NSPP, currently serving as Directing Staff (Administration & Training) at NIPA Lahore. During his professional career spanning over 32 years, he has held various academic and administrative assignments in NSPP and its constituent units including CSA. Among other positions he has served as Acting Director (Administration) NSPP, Additional Director (Admin) NSPP, Additional Director (Coordination) NSPP, Additional Director (Training & Development) NSPP, Additional Directing Staff NMC and Additional Director (Programme & Research)/academic group incharge Civil Service Academy. He has earned his Ph.D, M.Phil, M.A Sociology and M.A Economics degrees from Punjab University. He has also done a number of trainings from abroad (Australia, South Korea, Philippine etc.) and Pakistan including professional mandatory trainings (14^th Senior Management Course and 118^th National Management Courses). He is also Harvard trained BCURE trainer. His main areas of interest include Research Methodology, Organizational Behavior, Public Sector Management and Human Resource Management.

Dr. Muhammad Farooq is currently serving as Directing Staff (T&C) SMC at NIPA Lahore. During his professional career spanning over 30 years, he has held various academic and administrative assignments in NSPP and its constituent units including NIPA Lahore and NIPA Islamabad. He has also served at CSA.  Among other positions he has served as Addl. Directing Staff CSA, Additional Directing Staff NMC, Directing Staff NIM Islamabad & Directing Staff NIPA Lahore. The officer has imparted trainings in the Civil Services Academy, National Institute of Management Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar and Queta Pakistan

He has Master’s degree in Statistics with distinction and Master’s degree in Economics from Punjab University, MPhil in Applied Economics and PhD in Economics. He has attended number of training program from abroad and Pakistan including Training of Trainer’s program from Harvard Kennedy School, USA, Mid-Career Management course, Senior Management Course and 119th National Management course from National School of Public Policy, Lahore. He has also participated in programs on leadership, case study method, personal styles and managerial grid conducted by LUMS, Singapore  university, NIPA and British Council. Recently he has attended course on Government Innovation Using Digital Technologies in the Post-Covid-19 era (online) from NIA Republic of Korea. His main areas of interest include Data Analytics, Research Methodology and International Trade.

Ms. Nada Azhar is an Officer of Information Group from 33rd CTP. she has previously held the posts of Director, Center of Digital Communication, Islamabad, Director (Admin), Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board, Lahore, Secretary, Punjab Commission on the Status of Women, Director General PR, DGPR Punjab, Director, Press Information Department Islamabad, Director to Minister’s Office (Federal Minister Information and Broadcasting), Islamabad, Conducting Officer for domain specific MCMC and Deputy Director STP at Information Service Academy Islamabad and many others.  Her areas of expertise are communication and media, public relations, advertising, gender issues, human resource management and administration.

Ms. Nada Azhar holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Media from University of Leeds, U.K. She also holds a Master’s degree in Mass Communication from Punjab University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Journalism from Kinnaird College. She is a Chevening Scholar and represented Pakistan in U.S.-Pakistan Partnership Programme for Information Professionals in USA.

Mr. Yasir Iqbal Butt is a career officer of the Foreign Service of Pakistan with over two decades of diplomatic service. He has held key positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and in Pakistan’s Missions abroad, representing the country at the United Nations Security Council and various other UN bodies. He has also led Pakistani delegations in numerous bilateral and multilateral negotiations.

He holds a Master of Law and International Development from the University of Sydney, Australia.

Most recently, he served as Director General (Americas) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he also oversaw Pakistan’s diplomatic engagement with the USA, Canada and Latin America. His overseas assignments include serving as Deputy Consul General at the Consulate General of Pakistan in Toronto; Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of Pakistan in Bangkok; Pakistan’s Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP); Vice/Deputy Consul General at the Consulate General of Pakistan in New York; and Third Secretary at Pakistan’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York.

At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he has served on several key desks, including as Director for Afghanistan, Director for Disarmament (Chemical Weapons), and Assistant Chief of State Protocol.
