Welcome to the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA), Lahore. NIPA provides training and research opportunities to BS-18 & BS-19 officers, aspiring to be promoted to next grade, for better implementation of public policy through improved service delivery. As a constituent unit of NSPP, NIPA Lahore has made meaningful investments to improve the quality and value of the training courses, through curriculum development, co-curricular events, participants’ involvement and a focus on excellence across all aspects of its programs.
