On Friday, 23^rd June 2023, Dr. Umar Saif, former Chairman Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), addressed the participants of 33^rd SMC on “Leadership in Public Sector Organizations”, to the participants of the 33^rd SMC.

During his intellectual discourse, Dr. Umar Saif spoke out of his own experiences and the role of different political and civil servants on the topic of leadership in public sector organizations. He presented different initiatives started at PITB to improve the service delivery of the government and apprised the audience about the civil servants who were the force behind these innovative ideas that transformed the service delivery mechanism.
