NIM Lahore invited Mr. Mohyuddin Ahmad Wani, former Chief Secretary Gilgit Baltistan, to deliver a key note address on ‘Reimagining Service Delivery in Gilgit Baltistan’ to the participants of 34^th SMC on November 28, 2023. The Key Note Speaker highlighted the wide-ranging and far-reaching reforms in education, health and information technology. introduced and cemented during his one and half year tenure in the GB. In the extensive Q&A session, the Speaker stressed on the participants to consciously embrace the public-centric approach and build partnerships to improve the lives of ordinary people. The participants came to understand and appreciate the powers of civil servants to bring about a positive change in the socio-economic landscape of the country through innovation, experimentation and collaboration with the stakeholders.
