A workshop on “Preparation of PC-I, & PC-II” was conducted on Tuesday, 26^th August, 2025 at National Institute of Public Administration, Lahore. Aim of the workshop was to equip participants of 44^th MCMC with knowledge about PC-I & PC-II, how to prepare the documents, what aspects should be covered and doing practical/hands-on exercises based on the case study of a social sector/infrastructure development project.

The respected guest speaker started the workshop by reiterating important concepts from his previous lecture of Project Management and workshop on Project Appraisal. He discussed various tools of analysis, including IRR, DR and Cost and Benefit Analysis and explained the mechanism to apply these tools and techniques to make critical decisions about the projects. He elaborated various aspects of PC-I and PC-II documents.

The workshop was interactive and discussion-based. Participants were actively engaged by the speaker through Q&A session as well as practical learning through hands on exercises.
