A workshop on “Preparation of PC-III, PC-IV & PC-V” was conducted on Wednesday, 27^th August, 2025 at National Institute of Public Administration, Lahore. Aim of the workshop was to equip participants of 44^th MCMC with knowledge about Monitoring Progress, Evaluation and Post Evaluation of Projects, IPAS and PMES applications as well as doing practical/hands-on exercises based on the case study of a social sector/infrastructure development project.

The respected guest speaker discussed the uses of PC-III, IV & V at various stages of implementation and completion of a project. He discussed how these documents are used to evaluate a project’s outcomes, impacts, and sustainability during the project management life cycle. He elaborated on the benefits of each document, how they are prepared, what aspects should be kept in mind while preparation, their overall structure and evaluation framework. IPAS and PMES applications could not be discussed during the workshop due to paucity of time.

The workshop was interactive and discussion-based. Participants were actively engaged by the speaker through Q&A session as well as practical learning through hands on exercises.
