Inaugural Ceremony of 46^th Mid-Career Management Course was held on 30^th March, 2026 at 0930 hours in CDH-MCMC. Mr. Muhammad Farooq Mazhar, Director General, NIPA Lahore graced the occasion as Chief Guest.

The Director General, NIPA Lahore, Muhammad Farooq Mazhar extended warm welcome to the participants to NIPA Lahore, a premier hub of excellence in public service capacity building and a legacy institution in Pakistan. He invited the participants to embrace the transformative power of knowledge, innovation, and collaboration in the realm of public service. He said that the Institute’s mission is to empower public servants to navigate the complexities of an ever-evolving governance landscape in Pakistan with agility, creativity, and foresight. He said that through a carefully curated curriculum, delivered by the faculty and renowned thought leaders, the participants are expected to engage themselves in a meaningful discourse, explore contemporary research, and develop their strategic competencies to drive effective public service delivery at the operational level in their future assignments.

He encouraged the participants to cultivate a spirit of curiosity, critical thinking, collaborative problem-solving and leverage the collective expertise of the faculty, peers, and experts to amplify their professional impact and harness the power of innovation to drive meaningful change as leaders. He also advised them to embrace this opportunity to refine their skills, expand their perspectives, and forge lasting connections with fellow professionals, passionate for public service excellence. In addition to intellectual pursuits, the participants were also advised to participate in co-curricular activities for physical and mental well-being.
