A workshop on “Leadership and Team Building” was conducted on 9^th April, 2025 at National Institute of Public Administration, Lahore with an aim to train the participants of 43^rd MCMC in Team Building and Leadership Skills.

The workshop was conducted by Mr. Rafiq Jaffer, Director Institute of Social Science. The guest speaker highlighted the importance of team building as the backbone of contemporary work life. The workshop involved two exercises: ‘Lost on the Moon’ and ‘Building Boats’ to make the participants realize the fact that developing high-performance teams is essential for superior performance in any activity. Its aim was to bring out the best in a team to ensure self-development, positive communication, leadership skills and the ability to work closely together for problem solving. The guest speaker emphasized that efficient team building can translate into significant competitive advantage for any organization.
