A lecture on Nutrition and Lifestyle Modification for a Healthy Life was conducted on Tuesday, April 08, 2025, at the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA), Lahore, to enlighten the participants of the 43rd Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC) about the importance of nutrition and lifestyle changes for optimal health. The lecture was conducted by Dr. Farzeen Malik, a distinguished dietitian and expert in nutrition and preventive medicine.

Dr. Malik’s lecture emphasized the crucial role of nutrition in maintaining physical and mental performance, particularly for those in high-responsibility roles like civil servants.
