On Tuesday, 25^th July 2023, Dr. Irfan Ahmad, Lead Trainer/Principal, Institute of “Tender Management Gulburg-II Lahore, addressed during a workshop on “Public Procurement and Contract Management Part-II”, to the participants of the 33^rd SMC.

During his intellectual discourse, Dr. Irfan provided an overarching overview of contract law from both legal and historical perspectives. He explained the terms used in the Contract Act, 1872 and related contractual aspects of the procurement process. In a practical setting, he educated the participants about the pre-contract precautions, contract processing, and post-contract execution of the contract in their official settings.

He further apprised about the other relevant legal enactments that are relevant in contract management, too. He used the practical examples to explain application of contract law and to answers the queries raised by the participants during this interactive session.
