A workshop on “Team Building” was conducted on 15^th June, 2023 at National Institute of Management, Lahore with an aim to train the participants of 37^th MCMC. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Rafiq Jaffer, Director Institute of Social Science. The guest speaker highlighted the importance of team building as the backbone of the contemporary work life. The workshop involved a wide range of activities, designed for improving team performance. Its aim was to bring out the best in a team to ensure self-development, positive communication, leadership skills and the ability to work closely together as a team for problem solving.

The guest speaker engaged participants in two major excises i.e; “Lost on the Moon” & “Building Boats” to make them experience that developing high-performance teams is essential for superior performance. Efficient team building can translate into significant competitive advantage of any organization.
