A workshop on “Data Analytics using SPSS” was conducted on September 1, 2025 by Dr. Fouzia Hadi Ali, Associate Professor, Hailey Commerce of Commerce, University of the Punjab, for participants of the 44^th Mid-Career Management Course at NIPA Lahore. Dr. Fouzia introduced various parametric and non-parametric statistical procedures that can be used in policy research. Different fictitious datasets on parametric (Single Sample T Test, Independent Samples T Test, one-way ANOVA, Paired Sample T Test) and non-parametric tests (Wilcoxon One Sample Test, Mann Whitney U Test, Kruskal Wallis H Test, Signed Rank Test, and Wilcoxon Paired Samples Test) were provided to the participants by the guest speaker. The guest speaker provided a live demonstration of these techniques through SPSS which the participants replicated alongside her.
